I ordered a dress from shopfashionq.com and had to exchange it for a different size. the first impression wasn’t great because I had to email them and then sit around for a couple days waiting for a response. It made the whole thing feel slower and more annoying than it needed to be.
They did eventually send me the new size, and thankfully it fit much better, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish the updates were quicker and clearer because the exchange itself wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t feel super smooth either

I ordered two tops from Shop Q, they felt kind of cheap to me. The fabric was thin, and one of them had loose threads as soon as I took it out of the bag. After just one wash, the color seemed a bit faded and the shape looked off. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for the price, I don’t think they were worth it. I probably wouldn’t order again.

To their credit, they replied the next day and kept it really straightforward. No endless questions or making me send the same info twice, they just offered me either a refund or a replacement, and I went with the replacement.

The new jacket arrived a few days later, and this one was perfect, zipper and all. I really appreciated how fast and simple they made the whole thing, especially over a small but annoying defect. Definitely 5 stars from me

I was refunded with store credit instead of cash, but it worked out fine for me. I was able to use it without any issues, so I feel comfortable saying it was a smooth experience overall.

I was a little surprised that most of what I looked at on shopfashionq.com was actually in stock. I’ve been burned by other sites before, so I wasn’t totally expecting that. The tracking updated normally, and it even arrived before the estimated delivery date. it feels good when a shop actually follows through instead of making promises they can’t keep. No complaints from me, I’m happy with the experience
